  • Best Spot reserves the right to verify orders before shipment.

2. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver across the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

For international shipping inquiries, please contact our customer support before placing your order.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Dubai: 1–2 business days
  • Sharjah & Ajman: 1–3 business days
  • Abu Dhabi: 2–4 business days
  • Other Emirates: 2–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before your order is confirmed.

Best Spot may offer free shipping on selected products or promotional campaigns.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as our payment method.

Customers are required to pay the full order amount upon delivery. Please ensure the correct payment amount is available at the time of delivery.

6. Order Confirmation

To ensure accurate delivery, our team may contact customers by phone, WhatsApp, or email to confirm order details before dispatch.

Orders that cannot be confirmed may be cancelled.

7. Failed Delivery

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address information, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the order, Best Spot reserves the right to cancel the order.

Repeated refusal of Cash on Delivery orders may result in restrictions on future purchases.

8. Delivery Inspection

Customers are encouraged to inspect their package upon delivery. Any visible damage, missing items, or incorrect products should be reported to Best Spot within 24 hours of receiving the order.

9. Delays

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, Best Spot is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs authorities, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.
